Q1:樂悠遊接受哪些方式預訂旅遊產品?
我們接受網上預訂,電話預訂以及電子郵件預訂。

  • 網上預訂方式 - 您需要到我們的網站,選擇您需要的旅遊產品,然後按購買程式進行操作。
  • 電話預訂方式 - 您可以撥打我們公司的客服專線,通過跟我們公司工作人員對話預訂您想要的旅遊產品。 我們的聯繫電話是718-391-5180。

Q2:樂悠遊接受哪些付款方式?
我們主要接受以下形式的付款:現金和信用卡等。信用卡用戶也可以通過我們樂悠遊直接支付,安全又方便。另外,顧客也可以親自來到樂悠遊位於紐約長島市的辦公室用現金付款。請在上門拜訪之前致電我們確認時間。

Q3:網上預定程序是怎樣的?確認預定需要多長時間?
在您提交預訂並通過信用卡在線支付成功之後,系統會自動向您發送一封電郵提示。此時,您的信用卡並不會即時扣款。在2個工作日內,我們會與您預訂的旅行團確認您的行程,然後再扣款,並給您發送確認郵件。在這個確認郵件中,我們會向您提供出團的所有詳細資料,包括出團日期、時間、上車地點、酒店和機場等細節。請你務必打印確認郵件,出團當日必須攜帶此確認郵件為證明方可上車。
    
Q4:如果訂購後沒有收到確認電子票怎麽辦? 
如果您在訂購後2個工作日仍未收到確認郵件,請儘快與我們聯繫。電郵:support@eshopgogo.com,電話:718-391-5180。

Q5:網上訂購過程中,如果不小心重複訂購,該如何解決?
請您在收到最後的扣款確認郵件前儘快與我們的工作人員聯繫確認並刪除重複訂購的行程。

Q6:遊團報名後,我還可以更改或取消我的預定嗎?
如您需要更改或取消您的預訂,請點擊這裡下載表格。在填妥表格之後,請簽名並通過傳真、郵寄或電郵交回樂悠遊。

請註意:在成功扣款之後,您任何的更改或者取消預訂,樂悠遊都會扣取相應的手續費用。具體收費標準如下:
在出團之前7天取消行程                                  收取100%的預訂費用
在出團之前8-14天取消行程                             收取50%的預訂費用
在出團之前15-29天取消行程                           收取25%的預訂費用
在出團之前30天或以上取消行程                      收取10%的預訂費用

Q7:旅遊團一般要提前多久預訂?
樂悠遊建議美國加拿大的旅遊團一般提前45天左右預訂。已經取得美國或加拿大簽證的客戶可以提前30天左右預訂。我們提供的旅遊團都是經過精心挑選的優質熱銷旅遊團,我們建議您至少提前兩周預訂,以免因為旅遊團滿員而不能預定從而耽誤您的旅行計劃。


Q1: What kind of reservation methods does eShopGoGo accept?
eShopGoGo accepts reservations via its web site and phone call. 

  • Reservation by Internet - Customer may log on www.eShopGoGo.com/travel to choose tour package, and follow the instruction to make reservation.
  • Reservation by Phone Call - Customer may call our service lines 718-391-5180 to make reservation.

Q2: What kind of payment methods does eShopGoGo accept?
We mainly accept the following ways of payment: cash and credit card. Payment by credit card is safe and efficient. In addition, clients can pay cash by visiting our office located in Long Island City, New York. Please call us before your visit.

Q3: What is the process of online reservation? How long does it take to confirm my reservation?
You will receive an auto-notice via email after successfully submitting your reservation online. Your credit card will not be charged immediately. Within two business days after making payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Your credit card will be charged when your tour is confirmed. All detailed information about your tour such as departure date and time, pick up point, hotel confirmation and airport pick up etc will be included in the confirmation email. Simply print your confirmation email and present it on the day of your tour to your tour guide. Please remember that the email confirmation is your proof of purchase.

Q4: What should I do if I have not received email receipt?
If you did not receive email receipt in 2 business days, please contact eShopGoGo ASAP. Email: support@eshopgogo.com Tel: 718-391-5180.

Q5: If I have accidentally duplicated my reservation, what should I do?
We will void the duplicated reservation for you as long as it has not invoiced and/or confirmed. Please contact us ASAP and we will make sure your reservation order is correct when we notice there might be any possibility of duplication.

Q6: After placing my order, am I able to change or cancel my reservation?
Once your purchase is completed, we will send you a email confirmation within one to two business days and the cancellation fee will then take into immediate effect. If your purchase can not be confirmed for any reason, we will make full refund to your purchase without any additional charges. We urge you to read our cancellation policy carefully before making your purchase.

Q7: How far in advance shall I make tour reservation?
Please make reservation about 45 days in advance for USA and Canada tours. Customers who have USA or Canada visas can make reservation about 30 days in advance. We strongly recommend you to make reservation at least 2 weeks in advance so that your travel schedule will not be postponed due to the high demand we have.
